These remarkable shortbread cookies are a treat in themselves, but they are offered here specifically as an accompaniment to our Chocolate Capri. For a delicious dessert canape, warm the Chocolate Capri to room temperature (a few seconds in the microwave will do it), spread a dollop on the shortbread and top with a couple of raspberries, slice of kiwi or any other slightly tart fruit.
