For a simple, casual and elegant dessert, warm a 5-oz log of Chocolate Capri in a microwave oven to a little warmer than room temperature. Spread about 1/2 oz on a shortbread cookie and top with a slice of kiwi, a couple of raspberries or any other attractive, somewhat tart fruit. It's easy, beautiful and delicious. |
